Shipping policy
Electric tricycles are large, heavy items and ship differently from most standard online purchases. We believe customers should know exactly what to expect before placing an order.

1. Where We Ship
At this time, Echoserein ships only within the contiguous United States (the 48 connected states).
We currently do not ship to:
- Alaska
- Hawaii
- Puerto Rico
- Guam
- U.S. Virgin Islands
- Other U.S. territories
- APO/FPO/DPO military addresses
- P.O. Boxes
- International destinations
Freight carriers require a valid physical delivery address for all electric tricycle shipments.
If you are unsure whether your location qualifies for delivery, please contact us before placing your order.
2. Shipping Cost
We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the contiguous United States.
- No minimum purchase required
- No hidden shipping fees at checkout
At this time, expedited or express shipping is not available. All orders are shipped using standard freight delivery services.
3. US-Based Fulfillment
Orders are fulfilled from US-based warehouse facilities. Domestic shipping helps avoid customs delays, import duties, and additional delivery fees.
In rare cases where a model is temporarily unavailable at one warehouse location, we may ship from an alternate domestic fulfillment center. If this affects your order timeline, we will notify you as soon as possible.
4. Order Processing Time
Processing Time: 1–3 business days
(Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays)
Processing includes:
- Order verification
- Payment confirmation
- Packaging inspection
- Carrier scheduling and dispatch
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Order Cut-Off Time:
Orders placed before 2:00 PM MST on business days are typically processed the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM MST or during weekends will begin processing on the next business day.
5. Estimated Delivery Time
Contiguous United States — Standard Freight
- Transit time after shipment: 7–9 business days
- Total estimated delivery time: 8–12 business days from order placement
- Shipping cost: Free
Please note that shipping estimates are provided by freight carriers and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur during holidays, severe weather events, or periods of high shipping volume.
Locations We Do Not Ship To
We currently do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international destinations.
Expedited Shipping
Express or expedited delivery options are not available at this time.
6. Taxes
Applicable state and local sales taxes will be calculated at checkout based on the shipping address provided.
Because all orders ship domestically within the United States, there are no import duties or customs fees.
7. Order Tracking
After your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing:
- Your tracking number
- Carrier tracking information
Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear after shipment confirmation.
You may also contact our support team with your order number if you need assistance checking shipment status.
8. Shipping Address Accuracy
Please review your shipping address carefully before submitting your order.
Because electric tricycles ship through freight carriers, address changes after shipment may not be possible and can result in delays or additional fees.
If you notice an address error before your order ships, contact us immediately at support@echoserein.com.
If a package is returned due to an incomplete or incorrect address entered during checkout, the customer may be responsible for reshipment costs.
Echoserein cannot be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by inaccurate shipping information provided at checkout.
9. Damaged or Lost Packages
We carefully package every shipment, but freight damage can occasionally occur during transit.
If Your Order Arrives Damaged
Please:
- Inspect the package upon delivery
- Note visible damage on the carrier’s delivery receipt if applicable
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the packaging
- Photos of the damaged item or parts
Depending on the situation, we may arrange replacement parts, a replacement product, or another appropriate resolution.
If Tracking Shows Delivered but You Cannot Locate the Package
Please:
- Check around your property and nearby delivery areas
- Ask neighbors or building management if applicable
- Contact the carrier directly using your tracking number
If the carrier confirms the shipment is lost, contact our support team and we will assist with the claims process.
Please note that we cannot be responsible for packages confirmed as delivered to the address provided at checkout.
10. Delays Outside Our Control
Delivery estimates may be affected by:
- Peak holiday shipping periods
- Severe weather conditions
- Natural disasters
- Carrier staffing or transportation disruptions
If we become aware of delays affecting your order, we will communicate updates as quickly as possible.
