At Echoserein, we stand behind every product we carry. We only list products from suppliers whose documentation and certifications meet our standards — and we back every purchase with a clear, enforceable warranty so you know exactly what you are covered for.

We also take a practical approach to warranty service: in most cases, we resolve issues by shipping you a replacement part directly. No waiting for a repair shop. No shipping your whole trike back. Just swap the component and get back to riding.


1. Warranty Coverage

All electric tricycles sold by Echoserein come with a 1-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use, starting from the date of delivery.

Covered components:

  • Frame and fork
  • Motor and controller
  • Battery (manufacturing defects only — see exclusions below)
  • LCD display and throttle
  • Charger and wiring harness

This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable. Proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email) is required for all warranty claims.


2. What Is Not Covered

The following are not covered under this warranty:

  • Normal wear and tear (tires, brake pads, cables, grips, chains, etc.)
  • Damage from accidents, collisions, misuse, or neglect
  • Riding outside product specifications
  • Water damage from submersion or heavy exposure
  • Battery capacity degradation from normal use over time
  • Unauthorized modifications or third-party repairs
  • Cosmetic damage (scratches, dents, paint chips)
  • Damage caused by improper assembly

If you are unsure whether your issue is covered, contact us before assuming it is not.


3. How We Handle Warranty Issues

Most warranty issues are resolved by shipping replacement components directly.

Common resolutions:

  • Controller failure → replacement controller (plug-and-play)
  • Display or throttle → replacement unit
  • Battery defect → replacement battery
  • Motor issue → replacement hub motor
  • Charger failure → replacement charger
  • Frame defect → case-by-case evaluation

Most parts are modular and can be replaced without specialized tools.

If needed, we can also provide video support guidance to walk you through installation step by step.


4. How to Submit a Warranty Claim

Do not return any item without prior authorization.

  • Order number and delivery date
  • Description of the issue
  • Photos or short video of the problem

Response time: 3–5 business days


5. Resolution Options

If a defect is confirmed:

  • Replacement part shipped at no cost, or
  • Full product replacement (if necessary)

Replacement parts may be new or equivalent-condition refurbished units.


6. Limitation of Liability

This warranty covers repair or replacement of defective components only.

NEAP TIDE BARN LLC is not responsible for indirect or consequential damages arising from product use.

Some states may not allow certain limitations, so these may not apply to all customers.


7. After Warranty Period

We continue to support customers after the warranty ends:

  • Replacement parts at cost (subject to availability)
  • Technical email support
  • Installation guidance where possible
